- Student should be able to tell which fixes/VORs belong to which gate

- Student should understand when to omit an initial altitude
- Student should understand how to include Skyline Route phraseology in a VFR clearance
- Student should understand how to provide services to KLDJ
- Departure sequencing and separation
- Familiarization with the airport diagram

- Airport runway ownership and coordination procedures
